Quality. One Relationship at a Time. 

This was the motto on which Barton Healthcare staffing was built, and the first piece of the puzzle that I used when starting the brand's social media feeds back in 2018.  As a new travel nursing and allied health company, BHS needed to position itself within a competitive space, with a social media presence to match their motto. 

With nothing more than this motto and some basic brand guidelines, we started from the ground up- starting with the iconic "orange wall" headshots for all internal staff. We viewed social media as a powerful tool for recruiting our target demographic, so I both taught social media best practices to internal staff, and challenged them to source new leads using the platforms.  To this day, "facebook recruiting" is a regular activity and source of leads/ assignments for the company. 

In 2020, Barton Healthcare Staffing hit multi-million revenue goals, and has won business from a number of large health system clients.
